NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Lyndon will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the Kris Hughes Memorial Town Hall, W6081 County Road N, at 7:00 pm, to consider adoption of:

1.  Ordinance #2026-01, An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Ordinance #9-2005 of the Town of Lyndon Municipal Code Regarding Responsible Unit Recycling, and 
2. Ordinance #2026-02, An Ordinance Updating Section 7.01 of the Town of Lyndon Municipal Code Regarding Town Cemeteries, and 
3. Ordinance #2026-03, An Ordinance to Make Revisions to the Zoning Ordinance, Sec. 10.03 A-1 & Sec. 10.05 A-1-S PERMITTED USES, AND Secs. 9.24, 10.03, 10.05, 10.06, 10.10, 10.13, 10.14, 10.20 and 10.21 Conditional Uses
