Notice of Public Hearing

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Lyndon will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the Kris Hughes Memorial Town Hall, W6081 County Road N, at 7:00 pm, to consider recommendations from the Plan Commission for approval of:

• An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a 5 MW solar facility, Parcel #59010126740 and #59010126710 (SE corner of Clearview Road and Wisconsin & Southern Railroad) as submitted by SunVest Solar, LLC. The complete application and proposed CUP  is available at the Town Clerk’s office and on the Town’s website:  www.lyndonshebcowi.gov, and
• An application for a Merge & Rezone application, Parcel #59010130084 (1.3 acres zone B-1) and #59010130091 (1.75 acres zoned B-1), as submitted by Erik F. Bauer, W4614 CTH IW, Waldo.  Request is to merge two parcels and rezone all to A-5.

Public Comment is welcomed.  The Town Board will act on the above at the regular monthly meeting, which will follow the public hearing on September 11, 2024.
